I only bake with the best ingredients, including fresh eggs, fresh butter, fresh milk, double cream, high-quality chocolate and nuts. I only cook fresh fruit: apples, bananas, carrots, lemons, oranges…

All my cakes are home made. I bake British and French cakes.

'Les Gâteaux de Frédérique' propose 3 differents ranges :


1. Les Gourmands: The Gourmands Selection is more sugar than my others ranges: pure indulgence!

2. The Light on Sugar: My second range is for people who want the flavor but less sugar. Half of the amount of sugar version with the same yummy and explosive flavors.

The Mix

I do my best to source ingredients locally.
Baking base: butter, sugar, milk, wheat flour, oats, eggs, double or single cream/sour cream/crème fraîche, honey, jam from England and most of the fruit: apples, pears, berries, plums, carrots
Chocolate: Belgium
Walnut, organic chestnut flour, honey: France
Pecans, almonds, apricots, sultanas, raisins, bananas, avocados, lemons, oranges, limes gluten free flour from different countries.

ALLERGY ADVICE: As I bake in a kitchen where I use a lot nuts - walnut, hazelnut, pecan, almond, chestnut..., dairy and soya, all my cakes are not suitable for people with allergy and intolerant individuals.
